Hukumar Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) ta bayyana cewa ba ta haramta sabis na bayar da bashin kati ko bashin data ba a Najeriya, bayan rahotannin da suka yaɗu a kafafen sada zumunta kan hakan.
A cikin wata sanarwa da ta fitar ranar Juma’ar nan a shafinta na X, hukumar ta ce rahotannin da ake yaɗawa ƙarya ne kuma na yaudara.
Ta jaddada cewa ba ta bayar da wani umarni da ke hana masu amfani da wayoyin salula cin gajiyar halattattun ayyukan ƙarin sabis na sadarwa ba.
Sanarwar ta ce sabis na aron kati da aron data na nan daram, kuma duk wani zargi akasin haka ba gaskiya ba ne.
Hukumar ta bayyana cewa ruɗanin ya samo asali ne daga sabbin ƙa’idojin da aka ƙaddamar a watan Yulin 2025 ƙarƙashin dokokin DEON Consumer Lending Regulations.
A cewar FCCPC, an samar da waɗannan ƙa’idoji ne bayan ƙaruwar koke-koken masu amfani da wayar salula kan ɓoyayyun caji, cire kuɗi ba tare da bayani ba, da kuma hanyoyin karɓar bashi masu tsauri.
Ta ce maimakon hana ayyukan, ƙa’idojin na nufin tabbatar da gaskiya da adalci ta hanyar wajabta rajista ga masu bayarwa, bayyana caji da sharuɗɗa a sarari, da samar da hanyoyin karɓar koke.
Hukumar ta kuma bayyana cewa wasu kamfanonin sadarwa sun keta dokar Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act ta hanyar hana gasa tsakanin masu ruwa da tsaki a harkar.
Ta ce an bai wa masu aikin samar da sabis wa’adin kwanaki 90 domin su bi ƙa’idojin, wanda daga baya aka tsawaita zuwa 5 ga Janairun 2026.
Sai dai ta ƙara da cewa wasu kamfanoni sun gaza bin ƙa’idojin cikin lokacin da aka ba su, kuma duk wata dakatarwa ta sabis ta samo asali ne daga shawarar kasuwanci ko rashin bin doka, ba daga umarnin gwamnati ba.
Hukumar ta gargaɗi jama’a da su yi watsi da labaran ƙarya, tare da kira ga ƴan Najeriya su dogara da sahihan bayanai daga hukumomi kawai.
